Regional Council Meeting:
|
|
Cliff attended. HRCI problems. Why they require that lunch cannot be
included? An outside organization determines the continuing ed credit. For
HRCI Strategic credit the body of knowledge has changed, so check the HRCI
website to view the strategic body of knowledge. SHRM wants more town
halls, may team up with South Dakota, perhaps WI. Town hall meeting with
Susan Messinger, open forum for HR and business executives. Wal-mart and
SHRM-Wal-mart and Sam's Club have encouraged their HR people to join SHRM
and local chapters. Local chapters should recruit from Wal-mart and Sam's.
